Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be in its original packaging
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it
Return Shipping Costs
✔Change of Mind (Customer Responsibility)
If you change your mind or order the wrong product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
✔ Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will:
- Cover the return shipping cost
- Provide a replacement or full refund
Please report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
Restocking Fee (Oversized Items)
For large and heavy items such as:
- Steel Sheds
- Smart Fridges
- Lawnmowers
 A 15%–20% restocking fee may apply for returns due to change of mind.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you if your refund is approved
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
 Refund Time: 5–7 business days
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards
- Used machinery
Important:
Gasoline-powered lawnmowers cannot be returned once fuel has been added due to safety regulations.

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us first. Exchanges are processed based on product availability.
