A: Yes, all our products including tools, lawn equipment, and appliances come with a standard manufacturer warranty.


Q: Do Steel Sheds and Smart Fridges have special delivery requirements?
A: Yes, oversized items like sheds and fridges are delivered via freight shipping (LTL). The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.


Q: Are electric bikes and scooters legal to use?
A: Our electric transportation products follow standard US regulations (Class 1/2). However, we recommend checking your local state laws.

Q: Can I cancel my order after placing it?
A: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
