Freight Delivery (Oversized Items)
For large items such as Steel Sheds and Smart Fridges:
- Shipping is handled via Freight (LTL)
- The delivery carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the item
Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
